About our community

OVO launched in 2009 with a belief that energy could be better. Since then, we’ve welcomed millions of customers, planted more than 4 million trees and set our sights on helping to save the planet.

Now we're inviting you to help us on our mission by joining Customer Connect – our online research community.

As a community member, you'll be able to have your say on a variety of important topics, in activities such as polls, surveys and discussions.

FAQs

Customer Connect is an insight community for OVO customers to have their say on what we do, as well as other interesting topics. This helps us to understand what's important to you and what we can do better.

We’ll invite you to take part in surveys, quick polls and discussion rooms, as well as other activities where we feel your input is important. Just so you know, all activities are optional, and we’ll do our best to only invite you to activities that are relevant to you.

Each month, we run a monthly prize draw, where members can win the following vouchers 1 x £100, 2x £50 and 2 x £25. The more you contribute, the more prize draw entries you'll receive.

New activities will appear on your homepage, but we’ll send you email invites too. All activities are optional, but the more you take part in, the greater your​ chances of winning in our monthly prize draw. 

No, all activities you're invited to are optional. But, don't forget that the more you get involved, the more prize draw entries you can collect.

Surveys usually take between 5-10 minutes to complete. We’ll let you know the survey length and closing date when we send you invites for these types of activities.

The overall feedback that you and other members share with us will be used to help us improve our products and services. Your personal details will never be passed to anyone outside of OVO for marketing purposes or any other purposes.
